Eligibility

Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that show use, damage from mishandling after delivery, or missing pieces may not qualify.

How to start a return

Email hello@aureliatableware.com or call (208) 916-0697 with your order details. We will provide return instructions and a shipping destination.

Refunds

Once a returned item is inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Damaged in transit

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will help arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
